You are nothing but your mind. Quality of your mind is quality of your life. Mind full of positive thoughts creates beautiful life for yourself and others. Mind full of negative thoughts creates hell for yourself and others.
That is the reason it is said - idle mind is devils workshop. Inner samskaras and vasanas keep rising creating hell for you and people around you.
While idle mind is devils workshop, empty mind is Gods workshop. Mind emptied by spiritual practices, meditation becomes the tool of God. Pure thoughts of love, wisdom and compassion flow through such a mind.
No mind is transcending mind. Enlightenment - liberation.
